PACKING MACHINE COMPRISING TOGGLE MECHANISM OPERATING TYPE SEALING UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing machine which increases force transfer efficiency of a toggle link mechanism so as to obtain high sealing pressure by sealing means when output of a servomotor is converted into an action to apply sealing to a packing material of the sealing means via the toggle link mechanism.;SOLUTION: Output of a servomotor 6 is converted into opening and closing actions of sealing means 5a, 5b by a double toggle link mechanism 10 which combines a first toggle link mechanism 11 and a second toggle link mechanism 12. In the double toggle link mechanism 10, when the second toggle link mechanism 12 acts so as to approach linearly by the output of the servomotor 6, the first toggle link mechanism 11 which is pushed via a first intermediate connection axis 17a also acts so as to approach linearly. The first toggle link mechanism 11 pushed by force increased by the first intermediate connection axis 17a can obtain high sealing pressure as pushing the sealing means 5a, 5b to a packing material by further increased force.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
