PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld metal having high strength (tensile strength of 760 MPa or more) and excellent in toughness after SR without deteriorating margin of product production as much as possible.SOLUTION: A weld metal of a UOE steel tube excellent in toughness after SR is provided that has a chemical component containing, by mass%, C:0.03 to 0.10%, Si:0.05 to 0.30%, Mn:1.00 to 2.00%, P:0.020% or less, S:0.005% or less, Ni:1.00 to 2.00%, Cr:0.50 to 1.00%, Mo:0.10 to 1.00%, Ti:0.005 to 0.020%, Al:0.005 to 0.020%, O:0.010 to 0.030%, V:0.005 to 0.060%, REM:0.005 to 0.100%, N:0.010% or less, B:0.0007% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
