A kind of expectoration system, comprising: the expectoration pipeline (20) including throttling set (21) and saccule valve (19); Expectoration machine (1) comprising main line component (15), air pump assembly (2) and control system (8), main line component (15) include blower (16) and fast gate valve (17); Air pump assembly (2) includes the first air pump (6) and the second air pump (3); Control system (8) includes the first sensor (12) and microcomputer control unit for measuring air pressure at throttling set (21); Microcomputer control unit judges that patient is in expiration or expiratory phase by the draught head that first sensor (12) are detected, when expectoration, first air pump (6) is supplied to saccule valve (19) to disconnect ventilator gas circuit, open blower (16) and fast gate valve (17), it controls the second air pump (3) to supply to throttling set (21), ventilator does not stop working during expectoration.
