PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually determine filter properties by changing a trapezoidal graphic on display means through a touch operation.SOLUTION: A filter property determination device 1 comprises: trapezoidal graphic creation means 35 for creating a trapezoidal graphic with a portion of a highest gain defined as a ceiling part and a rising state or a falling state defined as a slope part of an inclined straight line in frequency characteristics of a filter for filter processing; touch operation detection means 33 for detecting tap and drag on the trapezoidal graphic displayed on display means 32; and filter property determination means 35 for determining filter properties of the filter on the basis of the trapezoidal graphic. If a tap operation of a corner part where the ceiling part and the slope part of the trapezoidal graphic are coupled and a drag operation of the slope part are detected, the trapezoidal graphic creation means 35 creates a trapezoidal graphic in which an inclination angle of the slope part is changed, in cooperation with the drag, and the filter property determination means 35 determines a filter coefficient of the filter on the basis of the changed inclination angle of the slope part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
