Inexpensive linear hall sensor is for determining motor shaft position directly proportional to motor shaft position and generating voltage. Voltage from linear hall sensor generates PWM signals by compared with a triangular waveform therefrom. One constant-current source and constant current sink are used for triangular waveform generator. Voltage from linear hall sensor, which is adjusted to, changes the PWM duty ratios for getting used to starting and engine conversion rate. Comparator has duty ratio directly proportional to the requirement of the voltage drive of engine from the hall effect sensor and product PWM signals compared with voltage.
