PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily obtaining an equivalent thermal conductivity including a contribution of contact thermal resistance of a thermally conductive material.;SOLUTION: It is a method for determining an equivalent thermal conductivity of a thermally conductive material including the contribution of a contact thermal resistance and it includes: a step of incorporating, for each type of thermally conductive material, a thermal resistance relational database in which at least one of the relationship between the thickness of the thermally conductive material and the thermal resistance, and the relationship between the pressure applied to the thermally conductive material and the thermal resistance, is stored in a computer; a step of inputting the type of thermally conductive material and the thickness and/or pressure for which the thermally conductive material is used to the computer; and a step of calculating the equivalent thermal conductivity with the computer, based on the relation between the inputted thickness or pressure and the thickness or thermal resistance of the thermally conductive material, or the relationship between the pressure applied to the thermally conductive material and the thermal conductivity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
