PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a peak point of time of energy consumption due to a change in a setting value, and to suppress an increase in the energy consumption at the peak point of time, when a setting change for increasing the energy consumption is requested to an apparatus.SOLUTION: An energy consumption monitoring unit comprises: a peak point of time prediction unit 122 for predicting a peak point of time of power consumption after setting is changed, on the basis of a prediction model generated by analyzing big data through machine learning and a post-changed setting value, when change to lower set temperature is required in cooling operation of an air conditioner; and a setting value model generation unit 123 for calculating the setting value in the peak point of time with reference to a setting return rate, in order to reduce the power consumption, and generating a setting value model to allow the air conditioner to be controlled with the calculated setting value in the peak point of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
