PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a degree of satisfaction of a user toward a video game including processing for providing elements in games to the user.;SOLUTION: When conditions are satisfied as a result of selection of elements in games given to a user (for example, a lottery result), privilege is given to the user. It may be required that selection results for a plurality of times do not satisfy conditions. The conditions may be related to non-inclusion of a specific elements in games within the selection results.
