PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable increase in ease-of-handling with a curvature maintained, and to suppress increase in cost pertaining to manufacturing of a grating.;SOLUTION: Gratings 12, 14 and 15 comprise: a grating host material 20 that has a plurality of slits S arrayed in a photographing effective range A; and a plastic deformation member 21 that is integrally bonded out of the photographing effective range A in the grating host material 20, and has a plastic deformation area. These grating host material 20 and plastic deformation member 21 have a curved surface formed at almost equal curvature. In manufacturing these gratings 12, 14 and 15, the plastic deformation member 21 is integrally bonded out of the photographing effective range A of the grating host material 20. Then, the grating host material 20 and the plastic deformation member 21 are simultaneously subjected to press molding, the plastic deformation member 21 is caused to undergo plastic deformation, and the curved surface is formed so that the grating host material 20 and the plastic deformation member 21 are almost equal in curvature.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
