PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cleaning device which achieves high work efficiency and attains sufficient cleaning effect.;SOLUTION: A filter cleaning device includes: a placement part for placing a cylindrical filter; and an injection part which injects a cleaning material to an outer peripheral surface of the filter. The injection part has multiple injection holes annularly arranged so as to enclose the outer peripheral surface of the filter in a plan view viewed from a longitudinal direction of the filter. The multiple injection holes respectively inject the cleaning material in a fan form in the plan view. A first injection hole of the multiple injection holes injects the cleaning material to a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at a first angle, and a second injection hole located adjacent to the first injection hole injects the cleaning material to the surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at a second angle different from the first angle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
