PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cleaning device which achieves high work efficiency and attains sufficient cleaning effect.;SOLUTION: A filter cleaning device includes: a placement part for placing a cylindrical filter; and an injection part which injects a cleaning material to an outer peripheral surface of the filter. The injection part has multiple injection holes which are annularly arranged so as to enclose the outer peripheral surface of the filter in a plan view viewed from a longitudinal direction of the filter.
