PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control circuit capable of supplying stable power to various types of loads while suppressing increase in occupied area of the circuit, and to provide an environmental power generation apparatus, and a control method of the environmental power generation apparatus.SOLUTION: The power source control circuit comprises: a capacitor 21 connected between a first power line 11 to which a first power source voltage Vdd(Vin) is applied and a second power line 12 to which a second power source voltage Vss(GND) different from the first power source voltage is applied; a first switching element S1 provided between the first and second power lines and series connected to a load; and a difference voltage monitoring circuit 20 monitoring a difference voltage (Vd) between the first power source voltage and the second power source voltage and on/off-controlling the first switching element. The difference voltage monitoring circuit controls the first switching element to be turned on when the difference voltage rises and reaches or exceeds a first reference voltage (VCH), and controls the first switching element to be turned off when the difference voltage falls and becomes equal to or lower than a second reference voltage (VCL).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
