To provide a medicine case which, when the number of times of daily dosage is increased or decreased, a small box for storing medicine is increased or decreased in a weekly unit such that a dosage amount per dosage timing after the increase or decrease of dosage amount can be surely taken out.SOLUTION: A medicine case 10 includes a plurality of rectangular-prism connecting parts 20 composed of a plurality of rectangular-prism small boxes 22. The two adjacent small boxes 22 are connected and fixed to each other via a flat first side wall 22b. Each of the connecting parts 20 includes a convex-side connecting part 30 provided on a flat second side wall 22c and a concave-side connecting part 40 provided on a flat second side wall 22d. The convex-side connecting part 30 is detachably connected to the concave-side connecting part 40 by sliding in a connect-fix direction of each of the small boxes 22. The convex-side connecting part 30 has a T-shaped cross-section, and includes a band-like flat connecting plate 32 extending in the connect-fix direction of each of the small boxes 22 in parallel faces with respect to the second side wall 22c.
