PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a landscape work by a railway vehicle.;SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that, in a railroad company, in addition to major business in the railroad company in which railroad vehicles are operated every day according to a time table for transporting people and objects for acquiring freight charge thereof, as a new field, a video camera is installed on each railroad vehicle for photographing various landscapes between stations. The photographed images are used as they are or the images are processed or edited, and to the photographed images, in a possible range, introduction of the locality and sightseeing guide of the locality are combined, for creating works of the attractive railroad landscapes of the locality.
