PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cushioning package that can obtain a locked state by a simple operation and can reliably maintain the locked state, and an alteration prevention structure.;SOLUTION: An air cushioning package provided with an air chamber 12 and an air supply port 13 for filling the air chamber 12 with air between overlapping flexible sheets 11, comprises: a locking part 21 disposed at one end side; and a receiver 31 disposed on the other end side. The locking part 21 is expanded by the filling of air, and has a neck part 23 and a head part 22 larger than the neck part 23. The receiver 31 has a locking hole 32 capable of receiving the head part 22.
