PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation system and an information presentation method capable of selecting and presenting, for each attribute of a user, facilities recommended in preferential consideration of a distance from a new place of residence when the user moves from an old place of residence to the new place of residence, and an article information presentation system and an article information presentation method capable of presenting an article satisfying conditions associated with distance relation to the facilities preferentially according to the attribute of the user.SOLUTION: As proximity level tables by attributes showing proximity levels and recommended preferential facilities by attributes in which move actual condition information data are put together, tables are created by age layers, and in each table, average levels of proximity to respective facilities and recommended preferential facilities are recorded by family types. Average levels of proximity to the respective facilities are calculated by attributes (age layer and family configuration), and facilities having the highest average level of proximity are selected as recommended preferential facilities.
