To provide a ventilation controlling apparatus, a ventilation controlling method, a ventilation property model for a gasification fusion furnace plant, in which an opening angle of an air supply valve is pertinently controlled in accordance with ventilation property of a plurality of air supply targets.SOLUTION: There is provided a ventilation controlling apparatus for a gasification fusion furnace plant having a configuration that a plurality of air supply ports are formed on a gasification fusion furnace and the plurality of air supply ports are respectively supplied with air by a common air supply apparatus, in which a target measure value as a measured value of the quantity of air stream at an air supply port for a control target and a non-target measure value as a measured value of the quantity of air stream at an air supply port for a non-control target is obtained, a target set point as a set point of the quantity of air stream at the air supply port for the control target is set, and operation degree of an air adjustment valve connected to the air supply port for the control target is determined based on the obtained target measure value and non-target measure value, and the target set point having been set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
