PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating lamp that can keep posture so that a light source unit arranged in a cover is not tilted.;SOLUTION: An illuminating lamp comprises a light source unit 60 in which a light source is mounted on an outside surface of a cylindrical board 61, and an elastic member (peripheral part spacer) 810 extending from the outside surface of the board 61 and elastically deformable. The board 61 comprises an attachment hole 611, and the elastic member (peripheral part spacer) 810 is attached to the attachment hole 611.
