PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that makes it possible to obtain a resin film having excellent workability, flexibility, and rubber adhesion while maintaining at least air permeation resistance, an air permeation-resistant film for a tire prepared therewith, and a pneumatic tire prepared therewith.;SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition has a continuous phase composed of thermoplastic resin, and a dispersion phase composed of vulcanized rubber dispersed in the continuous phase.
