PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor reinforcement structure capable of efficiently reinforcing an anchor bolt, and an anchor reinforcement method.;SOLUTION: A fixed plate 15 is provided under a bottom of a column base 3 separated, with a predetermined distance, from a base plate 7. A shaft member 13 has a female thread portion formed in one end portion and a male screw portion formed in the other end portion. There is a shank portion between the female thread portion and the male screw portion. The fixed plate 15 has a hole 25 formed at a position corresponding to an anchor bolt 9 for allowing the male screw portion 21 and the shank 23 to be inserted therethrough. The female thread portion is connected to a thread portion 9a of the anchor bolt 9. In this state, the male screw portion protrudes upward from the hole 25 of the fixed plate 15.
