PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate medium type carburetor capable of preventing freezing of intermediate medium and improving efficiency of vaporization process for low-temperature liquefied gas, in a simple device configuration.;SOLUTION: An intermediate medium type carburetor (1) is configured to transmit heat of heat source fluid (3) to low-temperature liquid gas through intermediate medium (2), to vapor the low-temperature liquid gas. The intermediate medium type carburetor (1) comprises an intermediate medium heating unit (E1) configured to heat liquid intermediate medium (2) by the heat of the heat source fluid (3), and a gas vaporization unit (E2) configured to vapor low-temperature liquid gas by the heat of the intermediate medium (2) heated at the intermediate medium heating unit (E1).
