PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to improve energy efficiency by creating a state in which the temperature of a heating medium for heating is caused to be increased easily.;SOLUTION: A hot water supply and heating system can execute a hot water supply and heating operation for heating a heating medium for supplying hot water by a heat pump, a heating operation for heating for heating the heating medium for heating by the heat pump, and an auxiliary heating operation for heating the heating medium for heating by an auxiliary heat source machine.
