PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite autonomous control device capable of easily and autonomously changing attitude change timing even after an artificial satellite enters the aerospace.SOLUTION: A satellite autonomous control device 100 mounted on an artificial satellite 1 comprises: an attitude change calculation part 110 which calculates attitude change time 151 when the attitude of the artificial satellite 1 is changed, and stores the attitude change time 151 in a storage part 150; an offset determination part 120 which determines whether to impart an offset time 152 to the attitude change time 151; and an attitude change update part 130 which imparts the offset time 152 to the attitude change time 151 and updates the attitude change time 151 stored in the storage part 150 in response to a determination to impart the offset time 152.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
