To provide a moving range regulation system which allows free movement within an arbitrarily-set range without anchoring a regulation object therein, and can make the regulation object stay within the range, a moving range regulation method and a terminal for regulating a moving range.SOLUTION: In this moving range regulation system and a moving range regulation method, a terminal 1 issues an alarm to a regulation object 3 when a current position of the terminal 1 is located outside a first movable range 5 by attaching the terminal 1 which can receive a measurement electric wave emitted from a measurement satellite 2 to the regulation object 3, the regulation object 3 is returned into the first movable range 5 by the alarm, and the movable rotation number of the regulation object 3 can be thereby regulated without anchoring the regulation object 3 therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
