To provide a learning technique applicable to uses for generating a mask for mask processing on an input sound using a variety of evaluation values including an evaluation value which cannot be differentiated.SOLUTION: An input sound mask processing learning device includes: a mask generation unit which generates N masks Gfrom an input vector x, based upon N input sounds, on the basis of a posterior probability distribution obtained by modeling a generation probability that a mask Gis generated when an input vector xbased upon the input sound is input; a mask processing unit which generates N output sounds from N input sounds using the masks G; a reward coefficient acquisition unit which obtains a reward coefficient of the masks Gfor N output sounds; and an update unit which updates the posterior probability distribution using the reward coefficient and a generation probability q(G|x) that the masks Gare generated when the input vector xbased upon the posterior probability distribution is input, the reward coefficient being determined from evaluation values of the output sounds and a certainty factor as a likelihood of the masks Ggenerated when the input sound is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
