PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily implement reservation management of provision of various services.SOLUTION: A service management server comprises a reservation reception section accepting service reservation from a terminal and registration of a public key certificate, a reservation information storage section storing the service reservation information associating with the public key certificate identification information, and a reservation management section instructing provision of the reserved service based on the service reservation information, and a service provision client comprises a service request reception section accepting public key certificate identification information from the terminal, and a service provision control section determining advisability of provision of the reserved service based on the public key certificate identification information associated with the public key certificate identification information and the service reservation information of the own service provision client.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
