PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor wheel capable of improving fluorescent efficiency and thermal conductivity.;SOLUTION: A phosphor wheel 1 comprises: a substrate 104; a light reflection layer 107 formed over one surface of the substrate 104; a phosphor layer 101; and an adhesion layer 103 which is positioned between the light reflection layer 107 and the phosphor layer 101 for adhering the light reflection layer 107 and the phosphor layer 101.
