PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemotherapy assistance device and a chemotherapy assistance program, by which an administration schedule can be made even though a doctor does not grasp a regimen correctly.;SOLUTION: A chemotherapy assistance device 1 stores, in storage means, regimen mater information including regimen information and overlapping information. The regimen information is information indicating a regimen including a type of anticancer agent to be administered to a patient, a standard amount of administration and an administration schedule. The overlapping information is information indicating whether or not a combination with other anticancer agent different from the anticancer agent used in the regimen information is permitted. In the chemotherapy assistance device 1, if a combination with other anticancer agent arises in a period of an administration schedule prescribed by the regimen information when a regimen order is formed based on the regimen information, order processing means determines based on the overlapping information whether or not to permit overlapping.
