PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device of a production facility capable of generating data that can be used by a worker or a manager by processing a plurality of types of collected data.;SOLUTION: In a production facility 1, a data processing device comprises a reference data acquisition part 32 acquiring reference data including time information at which data grouping criteria has operated, a target data acquisition part 33 acquiring target data related to a state of the production facility 1 detected by detectors 23a-23d, 24a-24c provided in the production facility 1, and a combined data generation part 35 generating combined data by group in which data detected at the same time zone as the operation time zone of the reference data in the target data is combined with the reference data, for each group of the reference data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
