To provide a human flow simulation device capable of simulating a human flow in which an affection characteristic of visitors can be considered.SOLUTION: A human flow simulation device is a device for simulating a human flow of plural visitors in a place where plural facilities are installed, and comprises: a processing part for, based on visitor information indicating states of plural visitors, respectively, and plural pieces of affection characteristic model information indicating respectively, a characteristic in which plural visitors receive an affection to induction information for inducing behaviors of plural visitors, generating plural visitor agents associated with the plural pieces of affection characteristic model information on a simulation environment, and based on a calculation formula for calculating a probability for selecting a target facility from the plural facilities and plural pieces of affection characteristic model information, selecting a target facility agent to which the plural visitor agents go, out of the plural facility agents generated on the simulation environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
