PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve prediction accuracy as to whether or not a user takes another action linked to a predetermined action.;SOLUTION: The calculation device according to the present application includes a first calculation unit and a second calculation unit. The first calculation unit calculates a first index value related to whether or not a predetermined user takes a second action based on information of a user who has taken the second action without taking a first action. The second calculator calculates, based on the first index value calculated by the first calculation unit, a second index value related to whether or not the predetermined user takes the second action in conjunction with the first action. The calculation device according to the present application further includes a first generation unit. The first generation unit generates a first model for calculating the first index value related to whether or not the predetermined user takes the second action based on the information of the user who has taken the second action without taking the first action.
