PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal and an electric wire with a terminal that can properly ensure water proof performance.;SOLUTION: A crimp terminal 1 applied to an electric wire with a terminal comprises an electric wire crimping portion 4 which includes: a basal portion 41 extending along an axial direction X; a pair of barrel piece portions 42 and 43 extending from the basal portion to the axial direction X; and a pair of barrel piece portions 44 and 45 extending from the basal portion 41 to a cross direction Y intersecting the axial direction X and which is crimped to an electric wire W by the basal portion 41 and the barrel piece portions 42, 43, 44 and 45. The crimp terminal 1 further comprises a cylindrical body 5 which is formed cylindrical and mounted along the axial direction X over a conductor portion and an insulation coating portion of the electric wire and is interposed between the electric wire W and the electric wire crimping portion 4 and which suppresses the ingress of water to the inside of the electric wire crimping portion 4, and can extend in an amount equal to or more than the amount of elongation of the electric wire crimping portion 4 crimped to the electric wire W, and the cylindrical body 5 has a through-hole 51 for electrically contacting the conductor portion W1 and the electric wire crimping portion 4 each other and also has electric conductivity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
