HEMOLYSIS-SUPPRESSING CRYOPRESERVATION METHOD, FRESH FISH CRYOPRESERVATION METHOD, AND REFRIGERATOR

To provide a blood cryopreservation method suppressing hemolysis without using any additive, fresh fish cryopreservation method suppressing lowering in freshness, and vibration removing device used for transporting a refrigerant or a frozen liquid used for the cryopreservation methods.SOLUTION: The cryopreservation methods include: rapidly cooling blood or fish meat to a first cooling temperature of within the range of -4 to -6°C; and slowly cooling it to a second cooling temperature of within the range of -7 to 13°C that is lower than the first temperature and a freezing temperature, at a speed of -1.5°C/hr to -0.5°C/hr. A vibration removing device is configured to branch a transport pipe of a refrigerant or a freezing liquid supplied from a refrigerator, insert, into one of them, a half-wavelength delay device by multiple reflection, and remove vibration of the refrigerator by interference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7A
