PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface test device capable of automatically testing a communication interface between an HMI (human machine interface) screen and PLC (programmable logic controller).SOLUTION: An interface test device in an embodiment tests a communication interface with a PLC including a controller which executes a series of processing according to a ladder program. The interface test device includes: a pseudo signal generator that generates a first signal to be input to a contact of the ladder program; and a screen output unit that inputs a second signal which is generated by the ladder program input with the first signal and outputs a state of the second signal. The screen output unit outputs whether the second signal changes responding to the first signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
