PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a larger number of transmission parameters compared with an ISDB-T system.;SOLUTION: A transmitting device 1 comprises: a TMCC signal generation unit 13 configured to generate TMCC signals including a synchronization bit and a TMCC information bit; and OFDM frame constitution units 14a and 14b configured to insert a plurality of TMCC signals into one of segments when constituting an OFDM frame.
