[Problem] To provide a simple method of manufacturing a tactile information representing body employing laser printing that does not require a printing plate, and a tactile information representing body, a bag and a package which can be manufactured by employing such a manufacturing method. [Solution] A laminated body is provided with: a display film (4) which is formed using a plastic film and at least a portion of which is a non-breathable portion; a supporting body (5) which is bonded to the display film (4) and at least a portion of which is a non-breathable portion; and a black ink layer (2) which is provided adjacent to the non-breathable portion of the display film (4) and the non-breathable portion of the supporting body (5), between the non-breathable portion of the display film (4) and the non-breathable portion of the supporting body (5), and which contains carbon black. Laser light is radiated onto at least the black ink layer (2) of the laminated body, and the laser light causes hollow dome-shaped portions (6) to form in the display film (4) without perforating the display film (4).
