The present invention provides a temperature sensitive hydrogel composition comprising nucleic acid and chitosan. The hydrogel is excellent in biocompatibility and biostability, and has a sol-gel phase transition property according to a temperature change. If it is applied to the surface of the epidermal skin and the temperature rises, it will gel. Therefore, the temperature-sensitive hydrogel of the present invention can be directly injected and applied to a specific site requiring treatment, and the drug effect is sufficiently improved by increasing the residence time and adhesion time of the drug through gelation according to temperature. It is expected that it can be used for various treatments.
