PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphorase that is more stable in a reagent for in vitro diagnosis.SOLUTION: There is provided a polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence in which a 119-th amino acid of an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 is substituted into other amino acid, a polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence one or several amino acids other than the 119-th amino acid in the polypeptide are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added, or a polypeptide in which an area other than the 119-th amino acid in the polypeptide is further altered and identity with sequence number 2 is 80% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
