The present invention relates to a system and method for generating standard information by linking S-100-based geographic data and operational data to each other, the system comprising: a data collection module for receiving, from an external legacy database of an external system, real-time S-100-based geographic data and batch-processed operational data; a data preprocessing/cleansing module for removing or correcting inaccurate values or missing values in data collected by the data collection module; a data identification module for classifying the operational data into GIS domain data, partial-GIS domain data, and non-GIS domain data according to whether each data element of an operational data model includes a graphic representation; and a data conversion module for directly using the operational data for a standard data model or converting the operational data into data for use in the standard data model according to the domains classified by the data identification module. Accordingly, the present invention can construct a standardized and consistent data utilization system for the safety and security of a ship over the entire procedure of the departure and arrival of the ship.
