To provide a system that can protect a wandering elderly who is becoming an object of public concern in recent years and verify the identity of each disaster victim.SOLUTION: A contact address confirmation system comprises: reading means for reading a character or a graphic mark printed on a resin film; a server for storing characters or graphic marks together with name information and contact address information of each organization unit associated with the characters or the graphic marks; and application software for reading a character or a graphic mark and for displaying the name information and the contact address information of the organization unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
