The blackout lights that are turned on when the elevator fails are provided with a protective cover. However, if the tip is thin and hard due to mischief, the power lamp will be damaged. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator blackout device that is difficult to be destroyed even if it is sharply hit by mischief. In order to achieve the above object, the elevator blackout lamp device according to the present invention changes the irradiation direction by reflecting the irradiation light of the blackout lamp with a reflecting plate. As a result, it is difficult for sharp objects to reach the blackout lamp, so they are not easily damaged.
