PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear force meter suited for measuring shear force from a fluid body.SOLUTION: A shear force meter 4 includes a pressure receiving part 42 comprising a pressure receiving plate 421 and a pressure receiving shaft 423, and a measurement part 43 disposed in a case 41 for measuring a deformation volume of a fixed part side of the pressure receiving shaft 423. A movable range of the pressure receiving part 42 is made smaller by the form of the pressure receiving part 42 and the position of the measurement part 43, reducing a movable margin 400 of the pressure receiving plate at an opening 40 of the case 41. A highly elastic and highly viscous filler 44 is filled in the movable margin 400 of the pressure receiving plate and a gap 41S communicated with the movable margin 400, preventing infiltration of fluid containing soil particles and water into the case 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
