PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective and appropriate advice when users consider a product to be purchased from a plurality of products.SOLUTION: On a display screen of a portable terminal 1, a comparison table is displayed that compares contents of comparison specification items to be selected about a plurality of comparison individual products. When users implement product comparison, comparison data including individual product identification data on a plurality of compared comparison individual products and the comparison specification item is transmitted to a server computer 2 to be stored as comparison trend actual performance data. The stored comparison trend actual performance data is used, and a new individual product other than the plurality of comparison individual products displayed on the portable terminal 1 and a new specification item other than the comparison specification item displayed on the portable terminal 1 are determined by the server computer 2.
