PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate evaluation system, a real estate evaluation program and a real estate evaluation method that accurately and easily calculate a real estate price increased by renovation, etc.SOLUTION: A real estate evaluation system 1 according to an embodiment comprises: a first calculation part 14 that subtracts a price of a portion unaffected by renovation from a contract price of the real estate and then calculates an increase in market price due to renovation; a storage part 6 that stores a value digitalized with respect to each construction item of the renovation; a formula generation part 15 that obtains a formula for calculating the increase in market price due to renovation from the input value for the construction items of renovation, on the basis of a relationship between the multiple increases in market price due to renovation and the respective values for the respective construction items which are stored in the storage part; and a second calculation part 16 that calculates the increase in the market price due to renovation with respect to an evaluation object, on the basis of the input values for the construction items of the renovation for the evaluation object and the formula.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
