Provided is a flexographic printing plate clamping structure using a plate vice in which the holding force is easily adjusted, the flexographic printing plate is not pulled out during printing, and the plate is not easily stretched. The eyelet member 16 protrudes from the flexographic printing plate 14 on at least one of the plate cylinder side and the printing surface side of the flexographic printing plate 14, and the plate vise 12 is fitted with the protruding portion 16 a of the eyelet member 16. A concave portion 24 is formed, and the flexographic printing plate 14 is sandwiched between the plate vices 12 in a state where the protruding portion 16 a of the eyelet member 16 is fitted in the fitting concave portion 24 of the plate vice 12.
