Provided is a structure for clamping a flexographic printing plate by a plate vice, the structure facilitating adjustment of a clamping force, preventing the flexographic printing plate from being pulled out during printing, and curbing occurrence of plate elongation. An eyelet member 16 projects from a flexographic printing plate 14 on at least one of the plate cylinder side and the printing surface side of the flexographic printing plate 14. A fitting recess 24 in which a projection part 16a of the eyelet member 16 fits is formed in a plate vice 12. The flexographic printing plate 14 is clamped by the plate vice 12 in a state where the projection part 16a of the eyelet member 16 fits in the fitting recess 24 of the plate vice 12.
