PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermochromic paper-made lid material capable of concealing information and patterns printed on the lid material of a packaging material by using temperature-indicating ink and high in productivity, and the thermochromic paper-made lid material manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thermochromic paper-made lid material having a concealed layer concealed by temperature-indicating ink on the surface of the paper of a lid material formed by using a laminate body having a sealant layer on its rear surface as a base material and enabling concealed information to be visible by a temperature change is characterized in that the concealed layer is formed by printing temperature-indicating ink by four times or more in a superimposing manner by using a gravure printing method, and the thermochromic paper-made lid material manufactured by using the method is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
