[Problem] A cultivation production facility in which a plurality of ventilation fans 16 for equalizing the aeration temperature of air on individual cultivation levels 4 of production racks 2 are installed on each of the cultivation levels 4 of the production racks 2 so as to be distributed in parallel along the long-side direction of the production racks 2, and the ventilation fans 16 aerate each of the cultivation levels 4 of the production racks 2 with in-region air in air supply regions S between the production racks 2; wherein a discharge means 12 for discharging adjusted air sa that has been temperature-adjusted by an air conditioner 11 is provided, and the discharge means 12 discharges the adjusted air sa from above each of the air supply regions S to the air supply regions S below.
