A bottom-up liquid pouring system capable of suppressing waste and performing efficient pouring is provided. The container part includes a container part and a pouring part. The container part includes an upper body and a lower body, and m upper flow holes and m upper protruding hole plugs are provided in a bottom layer of the upper body. The bottom layer of the lower body is provided with m lower flow holes and m lower protruding hole plugs, and the upper body and the lower body can rotate in the circumferential direction so as to be switched between flow and blockage.
