PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice quality inspection system that can promptly judge a quality of the texture of cooked rice by inspecting and analyzing a region of reference grains of cooked rice whose texture is not impaired and a region of grains thereof whose texture is impaired, visually in a listed manner.SOLUTION: In a cooked rice quality inspection system, a model cooked rice image data group is prepared by associating image data having a reference region and an out-of-reference region coded by different colors on the basis of image data of cooked rice R as a source, a ratio of each region, and image data of the cooked rice as a source of model preparation. On the basis of the model cooked rice image data group, computer processing is performed to execute color-coding processing of image data of cooked rice R as an actual inspection target into the reference region and the out-of-reference region, and generation of numerical values that respectively indicate ratios of the regions. The color-coded image and the numerical values are associated with each other to create an inspection target cooked rice image data group which is then stored in a storage section 5 and is displayed in a display section 6. Thereby, the out-of-reference region that is considered to impair the texture of the actual cooked rice R, is visually inspected and analyzed in a listed manner, to enable prompt judgement of a quality of the texture of the cooked rice R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
